FRAUD ALERT!!! I had this company do a furnace and A/C inspection. Upon completion of the inspection I was informed I needed a whole new system that would cost around $15,000. They showed me pictures of what they found, which I now believe to be fake. They were very pushy for me to buy the system right then and even encouraged me to call my husband, while they waited, since I told them I would like to discuss it with him first. After I refused to buy on-the-spot and said I would be getting a second opinion, they never reached out to me again. I would think, if my system was really that bad and, in their words, “going to quit any day”, they would follow up with their customers knowing I would really need a system. I will never refer this company to a friend and hope that nobody buys their BS when it comes to needing a new system. Get another opinion if they do tell you this!
