It was clear he knew his craft and cared about his work and that he customer was his #1 priority. When he left, the job was done professionally, and because of Daniel, I will call RotoRooter again the next time I have a plumbing issue It's people like Dan that give RotoRooter a good name and keep people like me coming back. In my opinion, Dan is a 5-star performer...I couldn't ask for better service.
