Asked For bill got hung up on before i could even ask for service, Rude to say the least

I used David for a last minute water tank that decided to start leaking. I have to say he was great to deal with and super fair on price. No complaints here.

Technician came out in in September. There was an issue and I needed a full service anyway, which is what I requested. Technician said it was Miller moths, charged for service. Same issue occurred several weeks later. After numerous reschedules because they did not show up in their own two hour window and did not contact me, another technician came out and said that the first had not cleaned off the heating element. Did not charge this time. Several months later (moths long since dead and gone) issue persisted. Technician brought in nitrous gas and cleaned out more moths from other areas. Nitrous had not been brought in at any point before even though they obviously know that it is the best way to clean out hidden areas. They had to request my manual to take apart the water heater and did not return it to me. Charged for this visit. Two weeks later I have no hot water at all. They want to schedule again (not likely). They never performed a full service (per them) and none of the technicians recorded any of the work done on the service sticker that THEY PLACED on the unit. Water heater is 18 months old and I have been assured by BullsEye that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Would not recommend unless you want to see your technician every six months. Maybe some people do with all the social distancing.
