Roto-Rooter technician Conner showed up on time and introduced himself. He was very professional in knowledge and in uniform. I explained my problem and he proceeded with a few tests and he gave me the price for the work to be performed and there was no haggling on my behalf. He attacked the problem with confidence and ease all the while conversing with me throughout the process. He completed the job and made some recommendations on what I needed to do to help prevent future clogged drains. He cleaned up his work area and we took care of the final paperwork. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and I give very high marks to this technician.
