Best Emergency Plumbing Situation in Colorado Springs CO

We did a total house replumb with pex 5yrs ago. No issue until it gets below zero:( they neglected to use pex on my washing machine and instead just connected it to copper in the crawl space :( the copper split open and soaked my crawlspace. Cost me close to$600 to fix
