The phone receptionist was flexible in making an appointment that fit our schedule. Dusty (tech) was very courteous and seems to like his job. He was very knowledgeable about our older furnace and pointed out two furnace components that should be watched in the future. He showed us one of the problems with a photo so I wouldn't have to go down into the crawl space to see it. He assured us that the failure of either component would not result in a dangerous situation, but the furnace would shut itself off until the part was replaced.
