He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

I dealt with Paul. He was kind and knowledgeable. He fixed my leak in the ceiling. He said it was due to the HOA turning on and off the water. It was creating little tiny pinholes. I asked him if he could put it in writing. I was hoping to get my HOA to pay at least half if not all of the bill. He said sure. He didn't do it though. He was dishonest. I called to talk to manager (Bob) about situation. Could not get a call back. Spoke with Meledy several times. She said they put information in paperwork. I told her I needed someone to tell me where. She said they would help get issue resolved. Never did. I don't reccomend this company. Terrible customer service, they just blew me off. Revised review from 1star to 3 stars. It took this company 2 months to update my paperwork. I do appreciate them looking into this and resolving the issue.
