Called in the morning when we discovered our kitchen sink was backed up. Jim called back quickly and let us know that he could squeeze us in later in the day. He called when he was on the way. He assessed our situation and gave us a quote. He stayed until the job was done! He fixed the problem and also installed a new garbage disposal and replumbed the pipes under the sink. His work was neat and exact. He cleaned up after himself, making sure everything was dry and there were no leaks. I could use the word meticulous! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
