I had no heat. I called the company I have been dealing with for years. They not only didn’t answer the call, they never called me back. Gorjanc took my call and had someone over the house within an hour. They sent a text mail of the man’s name and photograph and stated he would be wearing a mask and booties. It was not a small job. The technician had to go out and get parts and come back and repair the furnace. All is well. They are my new HVAC company. Technician was clean and capable.
