As you can see from the services listed, Brian has done a lot of work for us. First and foremost Brian does excellent work with reasonable pricing . We’ve had a few semi emergencies and Brian has always made us a priority and fit us into his busy schedule . Brian always arrives when he says he will which is important when working from home with busy meeting schedules . Lastly , Brian is a great guy . My wife and I really enjoy talking with Brian when he’s here and have 100 trust in him . A lot of factors go into choosing a contractor and Brian checks all the boxes .

Really love this work, I needed my water heater fixed and I gave this Number a call they were here that same day on time, he was fast and very caring and helpful with me I really think you guys should give him a call he fixes a lot!!!!

They answered, asked, and answered all questions while taking the guess work out of the solution. They were VERY professional and courteous. I had a really slow draining gravity field. They came out and did a Terrilift which sort of refreshes the soil around the field by blasting air and beads into it to allow it to accept easier. It was successful and I understand there is no guarantee on how long it will last but hopefully it makes it til our new system can get approved. Thanks a lot!

Mike and Dawn came out yesterday to fix some extremely confusing plumbing between our washer and the laundry room sink that had a myriad of pipes. They were able to figure out the mess and untangle the pipes and hook them up the way they should have been initially. They truly are awesome - they explained things to us as they went and gave us a detailed receipt of all the work they did. This is the 2nd time we'd had them do work for us. Jim and I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable and efficient - and very nice!!

My plumber showed up within an hour of my making the call. They professionally cleared my drain clog put the pipes back together and cleaned up. I highly recommend my Mr. Rooter Plumber Dave Balog and his assistant Gabriel!

Would recommend this company. Hired to remove a vanity and cap the pipes during a remodel of my laundry room. Crew was communicative and respectful and even provided some education on the process and things to consider during the remodel.

Terrible experience. Tech came out and did not have a snake. Do u believe that. Told me to clean out a drain myself. Tech did use camera and charged so much money. Tried calling Tom numerous times, but he never returned calls.
