I had a major sewer backup on 5/3/19 and had a great experience with RotoRooter and Branson #4523. I was called within my time frame and he arrived right on time. He was very professional and polite through his entire time at my residence. Even though the lateral sewer line was really clogged and disgusting, he kept at it until his auger wasn't getting any material back and the line appeared flowing correctly.
