Ron Bear was the best. He was very professional and made us feel good about the service we were receiving. He was upfront and honest. He was able to unclog an outside drain which took some time. Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
