Noah completed the work timely and effectively. He informed me every step of the way on what was wrong and how it was being fixed. I’m very happy with the results-and with Noah!!! He and Jolly Plumbing were great!!! He also inspected sump pumps, leaking in basement, and took care of things I’d been meaning to have looked at. I was very impressed with Noah!!!

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.

Additionally, Bill, Jordan, and two others (I unfortunately forgot their names), did an incredible job on our master shower and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Pumbling.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
