I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life. This company isn't very up front or professional. Lady told me they had a 10am opening, I booked it. Not 10am-12pm, not 10am-2pm. After almost 30min I called to ask why I don't see a truck or get a call, she told me that the guy was probably busy on his first job. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism. Be up front and precise with your customers as if their time matters just as much, and give them a heads up. I told her to keep her guy at home and I moved on. Which is what I recommend, move on.
