Toilet replacement was done with less than adequate parts & service. [1st Trip]The plumber originally said he had to cut a larger hole in the drywall to add a small copper extension fitting for the water shut off valve (on the wall). The round cover around this larger hole is plastic not chrome & is just loosely hanging there & barely covers the larger hole that he made in the wall.The toilet was installed with metal spacers under the base against the wooden floor. The plumber was going to leave it like that with a 3/4 - 1 gap between the toilet base & the floor ! I asked him to chaulk it at the least. Plumber had to go buy caulk & other incidentals @ Menards !!! A plumber without caulk ? Really ?The inside of American Standard toilet bowl is shaped like a V & the used toilet paper gets stuck on the sides of the bowl & therefore you must flush 3 times before the few sheets of toilet paper will completely flush down.[This toilet is called a power flush - it can't flush completely !]Power flush...really ?The toilet does not sit level. Our previous toilet sat level - no problems.Not to mention the water laying on my hardwood floor foyer (when he carried the old fixture out) that I had to clean up behind the plumber.The original installation only met 2 of my original requests... (white toilet & handicapped comfort height) & the other requests were not met.Since day 1 of installation I noticed the seat was a nice soft closure...(I didn't ask for that...but ok.) Day 2 the same nice seat started moving side to side a lot. Looking closer, I noticed the seat is installed with plastic fasteners to the toilet bowl.The toilet seat is extremely loose & moves from side to side & the plastic fasteners are defective...Now let's talk about the cost. The total cost was so expensive that the job had to be financed & I have to make payments !!![2nd Trip]Jolly plumber (very young gentleman) came out on 4/15/22. Said toilet seat was fixed !4/16/22 the toilet seat completely sliding from side to side again !Plastic parts !!!Very dangerous.And 24/7 emergency service is FALSE ADVERTISING on Jolly Plumbing's part.Try getting someone to come to your home on a weekend.3 phone calls to Jolly Plumbing only gets you to an answering service.Very POOR Customer Service !!!The toilet seat is almost ready to fall off into the floor & now this could be a liability issue if someone gets injured.
