Brendon showed up when he said he was, he was polite, immaculately clean for a plumber and left our luandry room cleaner than before he started working on our cloged main line( or at least i thought it was). We will find out if any problems due to the camera inspection to come by the next day(included with the day's service) and discuss any finds or issues.Great job Jolly!!!Thanks Brendon, you're welcome back!Great Job!The follow-up video inspection of my main sewer line was very interesting and fascinating. Steve is a miracle worker. I've had 3 other companies out for a clogged bathroom sink, none of which could do anything or were not willing to keep at it. 45 minutes here and he had my old galvanized pipe opened up again. A big name company wasn't so Jolly to work with and wanted to charge me $2300 or more to replace the line. Steve also gave me the name of another plumbing company if I wanted to replace the line that is reasonable with their rates. Thanks again Steve and Rebisso plumbing!!

It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed.
