They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

First time client. Ricardo came to look for a leak because my water usage was up substantially. He thoroughly checked every valve and meter in our home. He gave us a brief about what he had done and charged us NOTHING for his time. He referred us to a leak detection firm if we were still concerned but recommended we wait because of his findings. It is so refreshing to find a company that does not create business by finding false problems. I will call Premier for all future plumbing needs and suggest you do the same. Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

My water heater stopped working and I called these guys. Anthony and Mario both came out and arrived on the scene very quickly. I definitely appreciated that bc I needed a shower..LOL They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me stuff I didn't need. They were both very knowledgeable and actually listened to my complaints. Unlike some of the bigger companies, they actually gave me a solution. Both were very professional and courteous, it was a nice change of pace. Will definitely call on them in the future or refer them to my friends and family.

I had an emergency flood situation in my laundry room coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called a few plumbers prior to ARS to address the problem but didn't find what I was looking for. ARS answered the call and responded with the urgency that I needed. They quickly found and fixed the cause and then did a great job returning everything back to it's pre-flood condition. Very helpful, very friendly and very efficient.
