Best Water Pressure Repair in Chula Vista CA

I realized my water heater was out of service 3:00 PM, by 11:00 AM following day I had new water heater installed and operational. Price was reasonable and fare almost 50% of larger companies.

Everything was great except Bill Howe's scheduler called us at 2:00 PM on Monday to ask if they could reschedule to 2:00 PM on Tuesday; their guy was running late. Bill Howe's guy showed up at 2:00 PM on Tuesday to tell us that he didn't have with him all the parts required to repair our toilet. Could he come back - with the necessary parts - between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Wednesday? What could we say? Sure.

They did an outstanding job. really respectful and professional. We value this fantastic group of people! They provide excellent service and are trustworthy and diligent.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Excellent customer service! They are honest, on time, detailed and do awesome work! Their prices are very reasonable! We are thankful that we hired them! They exceeded our expectations! Paul is such an awesome guy. We called him for a clogged drain late afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning. Paul was very informative and showed us exactly where the problem was. He even noticed we had corrosion on the pipes to our water heater and was able to fix that. We will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to others.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

I needed help with looking for the correct water filters to buy and they helped me answer all my questions at $0 cost! They were professional and quick to respond and I really appreciated their help.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. My faucet started to leak at around ten p.m I called coverall and he promptly answered. After explaining the situation he said he would be there first thing in the morning. The next morning he was there and within an hour I had a new job leaking faucet. I recommend him to anyone needing fast prompt service with fair pricing.

I had no idea what was going on but Richard the plumber was great at explaining to me the process and gave me options to resolve it, I picked how much I wanted to pay... seriously.

My wife and I were freaked out thinking it was going to be a nightmare but Richard quickly resolved the issue and made some recommendations to keep it from happening again. I’ll be calling Straightline from now on!

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
