Best Water Pressure Regulator in Chula Vista CA

I have a brad ford white water heater that failed after making an explosion sound and started showing error code F18. I called varoius plumbing companies, but it was useless since technicians were not familiar at all with bradford white water heater with heat pump, and even they scared to at least try. So, I finally called Bill Howe Company and Juan Lopez was the technician who came to fix the problem. He was very patient in diagnostic and figuring out the issue. He was very cooperative and professional. I really appreciate him to not to give up on repairing our water heater like many other technicians who came. He tried to find ways to be cost effective by looking at alternative ways of repair. He used much cheaper way to fix our laundry water arrester while all other technicians told me they have to cut the dry wall which would make my brand new home ugly and was much more expensive. Thanks to Juan Lopez who brought the peace again to my life. More importantly we can take shower again :) .

They were attentive, helpful and professional people. The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well.

I called and talked with Jacob the night I found a leak above my water heater. I am happy to say he offered to come that night. But since I had already shut the water off it was not an emergency so i had Jacob come the following morning. He was on time and was very polite and explained the work to me that needed to be done. Not long later When the leak was fixed I was very impressed on how fast the job was completed I offered him 3 other repairs I needed done, he was happy to accept my challenge. Being open 24 hours isn’t much help when you do not return messages or answer your business phone during business hours. I’d prefer to submit a review based on an experience with your service but unfortunately I can’t get any service.
