Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue we had with our shower. He was easy to coordinate with and was able to fix the issue within an hour. He was very nice and even explained exactly what he was doing and what part needed fixing, allowing me to learn a little something in the process. Our water heater gave up so we went with looking for a waterless tank instead. I called several companies for a quote and this company had what I wanted for a reasonable price. I obtained multiple quotes for replacing our existing tank water heater with a tankless, which included relocating the water heater from the detached garage to the main house. These guys really bailed us out of a messy situation when the main sewage line going from our house to the street collapsed. First we called Anderson plumbing and they sent a guy out that wanted to charge us over $4000 to replace every pipe under the house because he couldn’t figure out how to get his camera in to find where the broken line was. So we called MVP and they came out and located the collapsed line in less than 20 mins. They dug out the broken pipe and replaced it and also put a clean out in, for around $1000. I would use them again them again no question, it’s hard to find a decent plumber that’s not going to try and pull some shady up sell tactics or just be outright incompetent like Anderson.
