I decided to switch to tankless water heater after my old gas (storage tank) heater started leaking. After days of researching, I chose the Noritz brand which has Arnett's as among the local certified installers listed in the Noritz website. Eric without much delay replied to my request for a cost estimate Thursday morning. Very accommodating and understanding of customer needs, Eric rearranged their service schedule so the installation may commence Friday morning instead of over the weekend. Removal of the old heater was quick and installation of the EZ98 was without issues. During the operational test, a leak in my existing hot water piping was identified, which the team repaired/replaced with no problem and no additional cost to me. Hot water restored in minimum time.
