Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. Technician showed up on time and gave me an estimate to re-set 3 toilets and re-install a water heater to code as my initial self installation did not pass a purchase inspection. I agreed to the price and the work was done perfectly the same day. Toilets are now secure with new seals and water heater is to code with new lines and all the gadgets that was needed to make it legal. The company promised to remove the old heater the next day. Technician showed up early the next day and removed the old heater as promised. Everything looks good and functions well.

He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. My experience was very disappointing. My understanding was the estimate / determination of the Water Leak was free. Technician looked at the ceiling and all the interior walls, before he would look at the exterior wall, where we leak was coming from, he refused to proceed without $225.00. - how can you provide a FREE estimate if you are unsure of what needs to be done?
