Best Tenant Improvements in Chula Vista CA

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Bill is the MVP. Had Sunday morning emergency toilet clogged overflowing the worse. Bill came through saved us. Thank you Plumber Bill

Came home to a flooded basement on a Sunday which happen to also be a holiday. I was able to have someone there within a few hours and he found the issue within 10 minutes. The prices they quoted were far lower than anyone else in San Diego that I had spoken with. I’ll definitely be using them again if I need any plumping repairs.
