We discovered we had a pin hole leak in one of the pipes in the ceiling of our garage on Sat at 9:00 am. Jacob said he could be here that day at around 11:30 am. He cut into the ceiling, found the leak, and repaired the pipe. We were without water for only a few hours. We call Jacob any time we have a plumbing need.

OMG, STAY AWAY from these guys!! Jose Joe Garcia is a very unprofessional and unscrupulous person. I received their bill and they charged me over $20,000 to make a repair at my home. What?!?! Are You Kidding Me ?! I thought it was a mistake. I contacted a different plumber and they provided a quote for half the price for the same work!
It seems that Jose Joe Garcia was charging me above and beyond what is fair and reasonable. What a disgrace to the profession. He is not a plumber, he is a rip-off artist!
When I asked for justification of his cost, he produced an accounting for labor that did not match. For example, he claimed that teams of individuals were at my property making repairs on a daily basis. But in reality, when I checked and documented the daily progress, I discovered that no workers were ever present on the claimed days. He lied about the labor hours worked in order to justify his outrageous invoice.
My biggest regret was hiring them. I only wish that I could erase this whole episode from my memory and forget that Above and Beyond Plumbing ever existed!

I met Erik through my motorcycle shop over two decades ago. Not only do I look up to and admire him for his business ethics and professionalism, Eric has become one of my best friends. In fact, Eric hired me to work for him for several years. He and I installed over 400 tankless water heaters together. One of which was my unit, now 12 years old. We recently had a conversation, and he asked if I still had the same unit. The answer was, yes! He was surprised, as followed by recommendations, I have kept it cleaned every year with the vinegar treatment. Probably going to upgrade to the more efficient version soon! Arnetts Water Systems will be the only one I will refer to and use. 👍😀 🔥
