Best Superior Plumbing in Chula Vista CA

I needed a plumber, so I went on Yelp, and posted my job request. Within minutes I had 5 responses. I chose Premier Rooter and Plumbing after reading their reviews and talking with them on the phone. They came out that same day and gave me an estimate and we liked it and they fixed it. All done within a few hours after posting on Yelp. The problem was all the parts in the toilet tank were old, which made the toilet run a lot. I like that they gave me 2 estimates. One for rebuilding the tank, and another for replacing the toilet. We chose the rebuilding. They got it done fast, and they were clean and professional. Everybody that I spoke with were very nice and kind and polite. I like that they are a family owned business. Next time I need a plumber I will be calling Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Great people, good price, professional, clean, friendly and fast.

These guys waited until the last minute and then came through with some crazy unit pricing that was unreasonable. The plumber who came out said he was doing the estimate but when I asked for detail he said the office wouldn't let him change it. No one in the office was available to speak to me. This was clearly a scam knowing that we had other contractors waiting on them to complete their work. I will never use these guys again!

Extremely happy with Eastlake Plumbing!! Armando and Albert were assigned to me and both were extremely helpful. They made time for my clogged drain issue even though they had a very busy schedule prior to my call. They're the first plumbing company I've had that was able to take the time to fully understand the problem rather then make nonsensical assumptions that wasted time and money. I'll be using them for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of a dependable quality plumber.
