They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Cast iron sewer line and laterals in my 1959 San Diego house were shot. After getting bids from multiple companies to hydrojet then line the existing sewer lines, I called Blue Planet for a bid to pipe burst the existing lines and replace. I'm happy I decided to go with Blue Planet. Project lead Mike was great to work with and he and his assistant Yosio are incredibly hard workers. They had a great attitude, listened carefully, and also worked smoothly with the city inspector when he came to sign off on their work. At a fair price, Blue Planet replaced my original 3 inch main line with a brand new 4 inch line, and also replaced all the laterals with new pipe. They also added cleanouts on both ends of the sewer line and poured new concrete where they had to trench. After seeing the condition of the old pipes, I'm really glad I went with Blue Planet's pipe bursting approach rather than epoxy lining—which would have just put a veneer inside very bad pipes. Keep in mind that the pipe-bursting process is messy because you will have to dig holes on both ends of your sewer line run and anywhere you need to replace laterals. But when the work is done it's worth the temporary mess because it's a permanent solution that gives you brand new sewer lines no matter how old your house—so reassuring to know that my wastewater problems are solved for good. Would definitely recommend Blue Planet for your sewer line repairs!

Love Bill Howe! They are responsive, timely, friendly, and expert. I needed a leak fixed under time pressure and they called me back when they had a cancellation to get a tech in right away. Josh told me I needed a new faucet, so he came in the next morning to install it while I bought one. This was my second experience with Bill Howe and I'll certainly call them again!

Through Thumbtack I met and hired ADU Plumbing LLC. Miguel followed up persistently, which is fortunate because I had forgotten to follow up myself being so busy. Through text he checked in to see if I still needed it done. Gave me a very fair price that I think is less than others. I really like his professional communication. He told me what he was going to do, I was concerned about losing good water pressure, so we checked the pressure after install and made adjustments. Labor and parts ran $450 for a 1 inch gauge and took about 1 hour to install. He gave me a good price and I am glad that I got to work with him. Seems like a keeper. Thumbs up!

We'd been having issues with the plumbing in our house off and on for months (slow draining tub/sink, flooding in the garage from the washing machine not draining properly, rotten egg smell from some of the drains - no fun!). They were the only company that actually connected me with a service tech over the phone before the appointment so that I could get a better idea of what we were up against (all the others would only let me talk with a dispatcher and said we'd have to wait until the service techs were here to talk with them). Efran and Pauly arrived on time for our appointment and were super friendly and professional. Efran was the one who'd already spent ~30min on the phone with me the week before so he reviewed everything we'd discussed via the phone with me and my boyfriend and we all figured out the best way to proceed. Once we decided on a plan, they got to work right away and our plumbing was working great just a few hours later. I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
