I worked with John to get my waterheater replaced. The last time we bought a waterheater was over ten years ago. John explained all of the code changes that occurred within the time, and then worked quickly and efficiently to change out the waterheater. He is very personable and knowledgeable about plumbing. I got a text the night before confirming my appointment and the name of the tech who would be coming.
