He told me he would swing by before his first job and take a look. Arrived when he said he would, figured out the problem, gave me an estimate, and said he would return after he finished his original job. Returned 20 minutes before he thought he would be back AND told me that he had thought of a way to do my repair that would SAVE me money. An hour and 10 minutes later the job was completed and it was $100 less than the original quote. He also checked my pressure gauge and told me it worked just fine, there was no need to replace it. When I asked him about replacing a corroded looking hose bib and water turn-off valve, he said he could do the work but it wasn't in need of immediate repair if I wanted to work it into my budget down the road. I don't know what else to write other than - when you pick out a repairman just from GOOGLE reviews, Mike was what you cross your fingers and hope for. Punctual, professional, honest. Now I have my very own plumber.
