Erik answered my call about a malfunctioning tankless water heater and came to look at it the same day. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of repairing or replacing the unit, and he installed a new unit the next day. Very responsive. Very professional. I would definitely call Arnett's next time we need repair or service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Eastlake Plumbing, and it had to do with communication more than anything. After work was completed for replacing a cold water valve, I later reached out to the company for clarification on the invoice because 1.) I couldn't read it, and 2.) it was more money than I had ever previously paid for plumbing service ever. When a manager called me back to discuss, he explained the invoice but had no interest in hearing any questions or listening to any feedback. He wouldn't allow me to finish my thoughts or ask follow-up questions. Talked over me - mansplained. Told me that I was trying to tell him how to run his business and accused me of questioning him because I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear. Owning a professional services business myself, I would never make my customers feel small or that their feedback isn't valued. At the end of the day, people have businesses to run, and it's fine to stand by your processes and pricing. But I think there is a way to value your customers in the process - especially from leadership. Armando at Eastlake Plumbing made me feel awful and misunderstood. There is that famous quote by Maya Angelou, People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.
