Javier from Bill Howe plumbing has been out to my place twice to fix plumbing issues & both times he has been extremely professional, quick, & tidy with fixing my items that needed to be serviced. I appreciate how they give you 3 hour Windows but also call you 30 mins prior to arriving. Highly recommend Bill Howe plumbing & I will request Javier each time because I know he will do a great job.

Excellent service, Efren was great! Informative, on time and work quickly done. I am missing two parts from the shower wand, inadvertently taken. A gray ball which screws onto the shower extension and the locking mechanism to attach the wand. Left a message on the after hour service number.

Great service!!! My water heater was leaking all over my garage and I needed to replace it. I called Trusted Water Systems and scheduled an appointment the same day. Jacob came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went over all the different options and I decided to replace my old heater with a tankless. We had it installed the next day and I am extremely happy it. I highly recommend his services.

Best experience that I've had with a plumber so far. My mother was having problems with water leaks throughout the house. Victor showed up on time, was very professional and helpful in explaining the causes and what was needed. He provided us with a quote which was far better than the others we got in the area. Joe Garcia replaced my water heater tank and water pressure regulator. Another thing, he also fixed my restroom upstairs because there was a leak in the tub spout due to the high water pressure.He reconstructed the pipe and changed the spout. Joe saved me because he detected that my water pressure was 120 psi twice the normal pressure which could blow up the pipes at any given time. I was so thankful that he corrected and fix all problems right away. No more leak and my water pressure is 50 psi which is very good and I do have peace of mind and it’s safe. Joe and his assistant Steve did a phenomenal job. Joe is very knowledgeable on what he does. A very well experienced plumber for 30 years. It was so easy and quick for him to identify and diagnose the problem with a quick solution. He really explained to me what is the problem, why it happened and the best solution. I really admire his honesty, sincerity commitment, and dedication to his job.I like his work ethic and professionalism. The first time I met Joe I had that trust in him. It was just an automatic feeling but I was right. Joe did an excellent job. Me and my wife were very happy and 100% completely satisfied with his work. Definitely, I will contact Joe again in the future if I need him.He is a very nice guy as well as Steve. I would highly recommend Joe if you have problems with plumbing. He’s an expert.
