Before calling, I had (3) plumbers come out to solve my problem but they were not able to take care of it. Called Trusted Water Systems and talked to Jacob. My water heater started leaking the day before and needed to get a replacement. He was able to come out the same afternoon. Everything was straight forward starting from their website, knowing what you are paying for and what your are getting. He came and answered all my questions, what to and not to do, etc. The water heater looks great after about 2 hours of install and about 1 hour, full hot water!
