Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

I used Bill Howe on a Sunday and had a great experience. I called Saturday night for an issue with a water heater. On Sunday Corey was dispatched to the rental to fix the water heater. His communication throughout the entire appointment was appreciated since I was not on site. He was professional, polite personable and had great customer service before and after the appointment. I highly recommend Bill Howe. They are super professional, honest and all around nice. This is my third time working with them within a week on separate properties. Thank you again Corey for being so great and getting the problem solved today.

Jose is the best! called him at 7pm got to my house at 7:30pm , in n out. He gave me tips on how I should of installed the shut off valve correctly! I will be calling him again for any problem I have ! Worth every penny !

Very responsive - left voicemail and they got back to my within an hour to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule for the next day and they gave me a window when my appointment would take place.

I got a text the night before confirming my appointment and the name of the tech who would be coming.

My tech, Alex, was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and was able to take care of all of my plumbing problems with no issue.

Javier and jose did a wonderful job installing my tankless water heater. They were quick, professional, and incredibly nice. They even went above and beyond and helped me fix an unrelated water pressure issue I was having with my sink. Just cause they are great guys and wanted to help. I highly recommend these guys. I called the company at 4 PM on a Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning Raul came over and had a major pipe repair done by two in the afternoon. The most professional, polite and knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met. Thank you very much.
