If they don't know how, then who, right? The lady on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very professional and sweet. She sent Andrew, the technician, out the very next day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and on time. He worked in a timely manner and clean. We are a small animal rescue and Andrew was kind toward them as well. This was a very positive experience, and we will make sure to recommend Bill Howe because you really know how!

So we had an emergency leak and was informed to call John Padilla plumbing inc so we did, they came the next day on time and very professional. Brandon and Tristan were amazing. We had a plumbing/drain leak that was coming out from the ceiling so they had to cut through that and fix the leak. They were really fast and efficient. They didn’t leave a mess or anything and cleaned up after 👌🏾 They also informed us about what was happening, took pics of everything and was able to send them to us no problem. I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. I would recommend Ace Contractors and Gus to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
