They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Called and they send Manny out 40 mins. Later. He was friendly and fixed the clogged and leaky kitchen sink right away, while explaining the process the whole time. Really awesome guy!!

Amazing job by Kris and Joe! Kris came out to do the estimate and it felt as if I was talking to another version of myself. Kris was very logical, friendly, and professional. He gave an accurate estimate for a Pentair Water Softener and installation. He showed up on time both to the estimate and installation. Kris and Joe did a great job installing my Pentair Water Softener. Kris was extremely knowledgable, truly a master in his profession, and answered my multitude of questions, during the estimate, the days leading up to the installation, the installation, and even a question that arose the day after installation.I could not be happier! These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had some major plumbing issues arise in my home over the last month including a main sewage/water drain blockage. I called Speedi Rooter after a quick search and review and was astounded at their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication off the bat. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly for each issue and they helped troubleshoot a few of them while trying to save me time and money. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are friendly and easy to work with. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
