Best Clogged Toilet in Chula Vista CA

I called to see if they could assist with a plumbing issue for my company and the only thing he said was that they didn't have anything available for today, sorry. He did not provide the soonest availability or anything. Didn't seem too willing to assist to be such a highly rated company. Wouldn't recommend.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Thank you so much for helping my mother out at her home in National City, at 3 in the morning. Having a pipe burst on you is no fun especially in the middle of the night. Called the guys at National Emergency Plumber and they were able to get there in 15 minutes and get the job down within an hour. Thank you for the great service and great price!

Above and Beyond Plumbing are outstanding. I was alerted by text message when our plumber was in route to our house and the name of the plumber. Which is a great system. This way you know exactly who you will be dealing when they show up at your door. Jose was very professional and did an excellent job. We will most definitely be using Above and Beyond Plumbing again.

First and foremost, the service from the plumber was great. He was friendly and right on time. There was a minor hiccup in the scheduling. I was told a plumber would come out first thing in the morning. Not knowing what first thing in the morning meant in actual time, I called and was given an exact time. The plumber, again was friendly, personable and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. My only complaint is the pricing. I knew the problem was my main line was clogged, I needed it snaked. The plumber brought a pricing book and showed me the cost to snake my main line ( which is conveniently located in my garage)... $242!!! I didn't know what a job like that normally cost and was pressed for time to get it fixed, I felt it was expensive but I needed it fixed and did not have the time to call another plumber, my garage had water all over the floor. Also, this company has great reviews on Google which made me comfortable hiring them. The plumber fixed the issue in about 10 minutes... after doing some research, I learned that an average snake job cost under $150. The high is $200... I paid $242!!! These are all quotes in San Diego! Either way, I own my mistake but I won't use them again. Live and learn.
