They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.

Plumbing SD has saved me several times. When I first moved in my home back in 2014 I had a few issues; water heater and several leaking pipes. I had a few estimates done. Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote. We also got a 6 month warranty! He's a good guy and does honest work.. I will be recommending him and using him again Thanks!

He was very careful and neat, always had his booties on and covered all the work area.
He replaced my kitchen faucet which was rusty and leaking updated my old one for a long neck faucet.
I am pleased with his service and will definitely recommend.

Eric and Tony are both just incredible. I discovered I had a leaky faucet in my shower when I was trying to repair a crack in the enamel. I called Eric who agreed to come check it out immediately despite being swamped with projects. He and Tony were prompt, efficient, courteous, and the name Community Plumbing is not just a name. They really care about the people of the SD community and I cannot rate their work and them highly enough.

About May 3rd my house's sewer system had serious clogging issues.. I called Integrity and their man came out the same day. His cure was to use a hydrajet to clean out the entire system. Cost: Over $3,700.00. I was given a 6 month warranty.
Currently I have a totally clogged toilet and the adorning bathtub is also clogged. Over the last 30 hours I have called the man who did the work. I have called the office number twice and I have sent a text message to the company. There have been absolutely no response to any of my requests to call me. Go ahead, ask me if I'm upset. I will update this review if I ever get that call.
