These guys were on time, they called 30 minutes before and told us exactly when they'd be here. They took a quick pic of our pipes behind our basement bathroom and after talking for a while about our issues they gave us some at home solutions we could try ourselves before we paid for a more expensive and in depth option. This speaks volumes on the integrity of a business. Hire these guys, they know what they're doing and they are not after your pockets.

I paid thru the nose for a simple plumbing repair. I had a spigot that was spewing water and I needed it fixed right away. A 20 minute repair and about $30 in parts (brass coupling and threaded silcock) cost me at least double what a typical plumber would charge. $350 (plus $100 because it was supposedly overtime as he showed up at 4:55pm same day). I feel like I was taken advantaged of because of my situation, and I got sold. And I'm sure the plumber that did the work gets paid on commission.
