Today I had the best experience with Roto-Rooter, after dealing with so many other plumbers for my needs and not having my problem rectified it was a relief to finally have someone diagnose the problem and fix it. Contacting Bert is the best decision I've made in a long time! I recently purchased an older home that had some rusted out pipes and clogged drains. Another plumber came and told me I basically had to knock down all existing walls and bathroom tile in order for him to resolve my issues. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Bert. Bert was able to replace an old drum trap, snake my pipes and fix all of my issues WITHOUT damaging a single wall or piece of tile. He is also very friendly, polite and clean. I am seriously amazed at the work he did for me. Don't bother calling anyone else.

Mikes Plumbing saved me from my plumbing nightmare!!! My house was scheduled for an inspection in less than 24 hours and we had a terribly clogged bathtub drain and a tub full of gunky water! After two hours of plunging, drain snaking, and more- Mike arrived and solved the problem within 10 minutes (this all took place at 10pm!!). I cannot express my gratitude enough! Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals did a great job! They located the blockage in our sewer drain, recommended a solution and then eliminated the blockage. They were very professional and did a great job!! I am recommending them to all my friends.

Zeno was a great help to us in diagnosing a low water pressure issue with our washing machine. Him and his crew came out for a free diagnosis and then returned a couple days later to replace some hoses and valves. Our washing machine works great now! We had multiple other appliance tech icians and plumbers out previously and they couldn't figure it out and charged us just to take a look at it. This was a great value and I'm so relieved that it's finally taken care of!
