We had just moved to a new home and the garbage disposal was not functioning. The sink was backing up and there was a bunches of dishes, pots and pans that needed to be washed before being put away. I called Apex, told them my problem and three hours later Chas, the owner’s son, showed up. Chas fixed it and explained the disposal had been seized by rust or jammed. He quickly taught me how to fix it if it happened again and left a Allen wrench-like key for me to do so. Great service and attitude!
