Best Repair Broken Pipe in Chicago IL
After having several plumbers come and be convinced that I needed to excavate and replace a section of my main line because there was a downspout gutter in there...Jesus listened and then calmly walked to the site (outside by side of our house), saw the patched area on the sidewalk (where he thought the gutter was coming from), and opened it up and REMOVED it in less than 20 minutes.
Easily saved me $5K or more from having to break concrete, dig, replace pipe etc. Thank you Jesus!

Highly recommend Sam and Savior Plumbers for their prompt and knowledgeable services and reasonable prices. They were the 3rd quote I had come out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and the only ones who would execute to completion. We have bad shut off valves, and the other plumbers I called would not fix the faucet without a full building shut off. We will be replacing all our shut off valves with Sam and reaching out to Savior Plumbers first for all our future plumbing needs.

After the initial consultation for over head sewers this company refused to return my calls or give me an estimate for the job to be done. I sent several text messages and left voicemails and they weren't even courteous enough to return them. There are many companies to choose from in the area. Avoid this one.

I called Cathy about 2 weeks ago to get a rate for someone to come out to take a look at my toilet. She told me they charged $169 for the 1st 30 mins and $169/hr thereafter. However, when I got my bill, I was charged for a truck service fee and a fee for using a rod. She took off the truck fee when I complained but she said that I only asked for rates and not what it would cost when I originally asked for a guy to come out. This strikes me as not being honest about the intent of getting a price. With such an attitude towards service, I cannot recommend them any less.

I had a clogged toilet.Terry and Patrick were professional and friendly. Because it was badly clogged, I expected they would need to pull the toilet. But, fortunately, they were able to unclog it very quickly using a giant snake tool. It only took them ~15 minutes and, because it was so fast, they charged less than we had discussed.Overall, excellent experience. Would use Water Wolves again and recommend to others. Also, pretty cool logo, just sayin.
