Best Lift Station in Chicago IL

Jon and Jeff were both fantastic. They helped me during a very stressful time when I had a leak in my wall. Both were very professional and Jeff went above and beyond when we had issues dealing with other contractors. Fantastic company and have already recommended them to a friend. Thanks guys!

Have a 3 flat in portage park, apex has been servicing my tenants for the past 20 years. always reliable and quick to have a plumber out at your building.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

This company and all of the plumbers they have working are top notch. Great work, and absolutely the best when it comes to price. That does not mean the cheapest. After they assess a situation, rest assured, the job will be done correctly, to code, and will give back many times in service for a FAIR price(hear that Roto Rooter - you crooks) I used this company when i managed 6 properties and i use them in my own home as well!
