Clogs back up in 10 days and still blames the user for it. 4 inch or bigger pipe can clog back up that fast??? They do not do after service and want wants $300 more to do the same bad job again. You could get the full service and more if you contact plumbers near them. Just search google. Don't use them.

Mike and his crew were extremely professional, responsible, on time and did an OUTSTANDING job for me. His company is licensed and he knows what the proper codes and permits require to pass village inspections. My job was extremely complicated and Mike and his team worked with the Village to ensure it was done right.
