Our AC went out in July and we thought it was a circuit breaker issue. I called Sims and Sons on a Sunday morning thinking I would have to wait until Monday just to talk to someone. The owner called me back that morning and walked me through steps to check myself if it was an electrical issue. He was so pleasant and helpful and I can tell he really cares about the work he does.
