Wow is all I have to say about Jesus and this amazing company! 10/10! They were way more reasonable that other quotes I received and Jesus was a dream to work with. Super responsive, on time, and explained things slowly and easily so I could understand lol. He replaced 2 sections of broken pipe outside, one under grass, the other under concrete, they had to hand dig everything too, about 5 ft down. They were able to do the work in a very timely manner as well! His crew was very nice and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again in the future!! Thanks Jesus!!

Moved into our home recently and hot water was not flowing in the primary shower. The technician showed up on time, professionally assessed the issue and fixed it in 20 minutes. Thanks you...I can finally take a hot shower! I will use VanDerBosch for all my future plumbing needs.

Very efficient and reliable.

I used Chicago Water Heater and Pump Specialst to install a new water heater tank. The experience was excellent; efficient, courteous and professional. Sam Stretton was the representative; he was knowledgeable and informative. I would certainly use this company for future plumbing needs.

This staff responded and fixed the problem when our main sewage drain clogged and backed up (obviously over the Christmas vacation). There was no mess left behind because everything was kept immaculately clean.

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.

Any company that would employ Scott Treiber is totally untrustworthy
