They came out quick and fixed my sewer on a Sunday. The best part was that I wasn’t charged overtime for a Sunday! Give Goode a call.

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

Very disappointed. After seeing all the great Google reviews, I was looking forward to his visit today. He didn't show up at 7am as promised nor did he respond to my text and voicemail. I used the phone number listed on his Google page. Maybe something occurred but he should have called me and let me know. That is just good business!

Great Service
I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.

Well they say 3rd time is the charm....we had two other companies to repair our plumbing issues and they were unsuccessful however this place came out and got their hands dirty. They new exactly what needed to be done. Very down to earth people and very knowledgeable about their business.. thank you for your service's
