I own a condo in a building with no association currently. The plumbing issues within the building fell on me because of this. After at least 7 tries with different plumbers I finally came across Eric on Craigslist. HEAVEN SENT!!!!! I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about how amazing he was to us. He was efficient, professional, quick and above all humble and kind hearted. Me and my boyfriend was so impressed we are looking for ways to pay him way more than we discussed. After calling Apex about my hot water heater breakdown, Chas arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through multiple options (including time & pricing) for repairs and replacement, all to be completed the same-day. After answering all my questions and agreeing on the best solution (installing a new water heater), Chas completed the project as quickly as possible and stayed at my home long enough to fully test the new hot water heater’s operation and all aspects of the installation, explaining every part of the process along the way and obtaining my approval first before making a minor and low cost change to the initial plan. Chas made sure to leave my home as clean (really cleaner) as when he arrived, and the final cost was almost exactly the same as the original estimate. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely use Apex for future plumbing projects.

Bobba and Wayne weren’t able to fix my sink. They asked for 250$ to get my sink from slow draining to black nasty standing water. They basically made things worst. They weren’t able to put pipes back together properly twice so now I don’t only have standing water But a leaky pipe too. They weren’t able to find the basin so they left. I told them that my sink was leaking and had been bad for the past days. They didn’t even look at it they just left. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. Do not contract them they lack professionalism. Bobba and Wayne came 3 times and made things worst they aren’t able to fix the problem.

Edit. Rescue Plumbing was able to come in 1 days notice and found the catch basin in 10 min.
