Lenny who was the plumber who came to the house was punctual, thorough, and efficient. He started in the master bath and explained everything while taking pictures to follow up. He installed an extender and replaced the seal for one flat rate. We had some other smaller jobs and Lenny repaired what was needed within the time frame originally given and cleaned up everything.
