A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner.
