Got the job done, but arrived very late after scheduled appointment. The office never called us to update on technicians arrival. I had to personally call for updates. Still waiting for city inspector to review install. Never got any calls about city inspection. It’s been over a week and had to personally call back to office for update in order for office to schedule inspection. This should have been scheduled a week ago without my request. Very disappointed…
