Right from the office staff who confirmed the advertised offer, to the sales staff who came out to look at our existing system on its last legs, without trying to upsell to us. The installers, Jonathan and Casey arrived on time and worked efficiently to take out the old system and replace it with the band new Lennox heat pump with matching air handler. They laid down tarp to keep our floors clean and cleaned up after themselves. We are quite happy with the whole process. We hope the system will give us many years of service.
